· Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Standard shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a direct result of our error (e.g., we sent the wrong or a damaged item). You are responsible for the cost of return shipping in all other cases.
· Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a refund, non-perishable items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not in a resalable condition.
· Strict Notification Deadlines: You must notify us of any faulty, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt. Failure to do so may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.
